Wedding ceremony planning is often time-intensive, especially if the bride and her family are going it alone.  Many bride's simply hire a wedding planner in order to salvage some sanity in the months leading up to the wedding.  While the ceremony only takes an hour or so, the effort that goes into it, down to the last flower being displayed, is enormous.
